If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions.

We offer a 28-day return and exchange policy, which means you must submit your return request within 28 days of receiving your delivery.
Please contact us via email at services@voltaaudio.store and state your reason for refund or exchange.
After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges.

2. General Return Conditions
• The store reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the return requirements listed below.
Rejected items will be sent back to the original shipping address.
Please contact our Customer Care team before sending back any items to avoid issues.
• If you wish to exchange for a different color or size, we recommend purchasing the correct item immediately and returning the original one.
• If the return is due to a personal reason (e.g., change of mind), the original shipping fee and return shipping cost are non-refundable.
All related shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at services@voltaaudio.store with your order details and proof of issue.
You may be asked to prepay the return shipping cost, which will be refunded to your PayPal account once the return is confirmed.
If the issue is due to our error (wrong item, manufacturing defect, etc.), we will cover all related shipping costs.

4. Responsibility for Shipping Fees
• If the return is caused by the customer (e.g., ordering the wrong item or changing your mind), the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
The exact cost depends on the courier service chosen.
• If the return is caused by Volta Audio’s mistake (e.g., damaged goods, incorrect shipment), the customer does not need to pay any shipping fees.

5. Final Sale Merchandise
All items marked as “FINAL SALE” — including gift cards, promotional gifts, discounted or clearance items, customized or modified products — cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, without exception.

6. Duties & Taxes
Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
These are typically paid when the item reaches the destination country and must be settled before the shipment can be released.
Customers are responsible for providing any additional documents required by local customs authorities.
Any compensation for tariffs or shipping costs cannot exceed the original purchase value of the goods.
We recommend checking your country’s estimated customs duties and taxes before placing an order.

7. Requirements for Returns or Exchanges
Please make sure your return meets all the following requirements:
• Contact us before returning any item.
• Provide the return tracking number once shipped.
• The item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
• Include the original purchase receipt in your return package.
Voltaaudio does not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Final Sale items
• Items showing signs of wear or damage
• Items without original packaging or missing parts

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
• Your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within approximately 5 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
• If the refund amount exceeds the original order price (e.g., shipping reimbursement), we may process it through PayPal.
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
1. Recheck your financial account.
2. Contact your payment provider, as there may be processing delays.

As a gesture of appreciation, Voltaaudio offers a one-time store credit of 130% of your original purchase value for your first approved return.
Subsequent returns from the same customer will receive store credit equal to the actual purchase value only.
This credit can be used toward future purchases on voltaaudio.store.
