Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on voltaaudio.store. We want delivery to be as clear and predictable as possible, so please take a moment to read the details below before completing your purchase.

1. Order Processing Time

• Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
• During peak seasons, new product launches or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order has been processed and handed over to our shipping partner, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We currently ship to most countries and regions available at checkout. Estimated delivery times (after dispatch) are as follows:

  • Standard international shipping: approx. 7–15 business days
  • Remote areas or special regions: may require additional time depending on local couriers and customs.

These are estimates only and can be affected by factors such as local holidays, customs inspection, courier delays, weather and other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight and the shipping method selected. Any available promotions or free-shipping offers will be clearly indicated on the product page or at checkout.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.

• If you do not see the email, please check your spam or promotions folder.
• If you still cannot find it, contact us at service@voltaaudio.store with your order number and we will resend the tracking information.

5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Depending on your shipping destination, your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees or local taxes, which are imposed by your local customs authority.

• These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost shown at checkout.
• Any additional fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid to the local customs or courier before delivery.

Please contact your local customs office for more information about potential import fees before placing an order.

6. Address Changes & Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct at the time of purchase.

• If you need to change your address, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to update it.
• Once the parcel has been dispatched, we are generally unable to modify the shipping address.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or repeated failed delivery attempts, we can reship the order to a corrected address once we receive it back, but additional shipping fees may apply.

7. Delivery Delays, Lost or Damaged Parcels

We work with reliable shipping partners, but occasional delays can still occur. If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period, or your parcel appears to be lost, please contact us and we will help investigate with the carrier.

If you receive a package that appears damaged on arrival, please:

  • Take clear photos or video of the outer box, shipping label and the product inside.
  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving the parcel, including your order number and media files.

We will review the evidence and work with you on an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, partial refund or other support depending on the situation.

8. Shipping Restrictions

Some destinations or regions may not be available for delivery due to customs restrictions, courier limitations or our own logistics capabilities. If your address is not supported at checkout, unfortunately we are unable to ship to that location at this time.
