Shipping Policy
We value every customer here. Our priority is to ensure that the goods are delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. Generally, you will receive your order within 10-20 business days after placing the order.

Shipping delays:
Shipping times are estimated and are calculated from the shipping date rather than the order date, and shipping times may be longer than the estimated date due to invalid addresses, customs clearance procedures or other reasons.
Please note: If you do not see delivery information when clicking on the order tracking link, don't worry! Sometimes, there may be a 24-hour delay in viewing the tracking progress of the package from our transfer point to the first scan of the shipper at one of its destinations.
Cancellation & Changes
Please verify your order details as we cannot modify your order once it has been processed to our warehouse for dispatch. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Alternatively, orders can be cancelled by contacting services@voltaaudio.store. If the order is increased or a different product is requested, please place a new order. In many cases, it may be too late to cancel the order. In this case, it is best to wait for your package to be delivered before going through the return process.
