Returns and Refunds

Once your order is locked for processing after it is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. We recommend that you double check all details before completing your order.

Replacement Process:

Please send us an email with the following information:

1. Order number and your email

2. Video/photo of the defective product

3. If your claim involves a typographical error, please attach photos of the error.

If our customer service confirms the above, we will resend you a new product. We believe that a replacement may help resolve your issue. Therefore, we do not have a refund policy.

Please note that we generally do not accept replacements for issues caused by customer error (such as providing an incorrect or incomplete shipping address). We recommend that you double-check your address before checking out.

In addition, there may be a 20% difference between the advertising images and the actual product you receive. This difference may be due to changes in lighting during the shooting process or differences in monitor display, which may affect color perception.

Replacements for a small fee

In some cases, we can provide a replacement service for a nominal fee compared to the original price. This applies if you receive the wrong item, design or size due to a custom input error. In this case, you are not required to return the item you received in error.
