If something isn’t right, our exchange and return policy is here to help. Please review the details below before sending anything back.

Return Window

You can request a return or exchange within 28 days of receiving your order. After this period, we’re unable to accept returns.

Condition

Items must be unworn, undamaged, in original packaging, with all tags, accessories and proof of purchase included.

Store Credit

For your first approved return, we offer a 130% store credit option as a thank-you. Later returns receive credit equal to the original purchase value.

Our Exchange & Return Policy

1. Return & Exchange Window

We offer a 28-day return and exchange period from the day you receive your delivery. To start a return or exchange, email us at service@voltaaudio.store and tell us your order number and reason.

Requests made after 28 days cannot be accepted.

2. General Return Conditions

  • The store reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the requirements below. Rejected items will be sent back to the original shipping address.
  • Please contact our Customer Care team before sending any item back.
  • If you want a different color or size, we recommend purchasing the correct item first, then returning the original one.
  • If the return is due to a personal reason (for example, a change of mind), the original shipping fee and the return shipping cost are non-refundable and are the customer’s responsibility.

3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, contact us immediately at service@voltaaudio.store with your order details and clear photos or video of the issue.

In some cases you may be asked to prepay the return shipping cost; once the return is confirmed, this amount will be refunded to your PayPal account. If the issue is due to our error (wrong item, manufacturing defect, etc.), Volta Audio will cover all related shipping costs.

4. Responsibility for Shipping Fees

  • If the return is caused by the customer (for example, ordering the wrong item or changing your mind), all shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. The exact cost depends on the courier used.
  • If the return is caused by Volta Audio (for example, damaged goods or an incorrect shipment), you do not need to pay shipping fees for the return.

5. Final Sale Merchandise

Items marked as “FINAL SALE” cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Final sale and clearance items
  • Gift cards and promotional gifts
  • Customized or modified products
  • Discounted items marked as non-returnable

6. Duties & Taxes

Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These are usually charged when the shipment reaches your country and must be paid before the package can be released.

Customers are responsible for providing any documents required by local customs authorities. Any compensation relating to tariffs or shipping costs cannot exceed the original purchase value of the goods. We recommend checking estimated customs duties and taxes in your country before placing an order.

7. Requirements for Returns or Exchanges

Please make sure your return meets all of the following requirements:

  • Contact us before returning any item.
  • Provide the return tracking number once the package has been shipped.
  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in its original packaging with all tags, accessories and parts included.
  • Include the original purchase receipt in your return package.

Volta Audio does not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Final sale items
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage or misuse
  • Items without original packaging or with missing parts

8. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within approximately 5 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
  • If any refund amount (for example, shipping reimbursement) exceeds the original order value, we may process the additional amount through PayPal.

If you have not received your refund, please:

  • Check your bank or payment account again.
  • Contact your payment provider, as there may be processing delays.

9. Returns Credit Policy

As a gesture of appreciation, Volta Audio offers a one-time store credit of 130% of your original purchase value for your first approved return.

Any subsequent returns from the same customer will receive store credit equal to the actual purchase value only. Store credit can be used toward future purchases on voltaaudio.store.
