Most orders are processed and handed to our shipping partners within 1–3 business days. During launches or peak periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll always email you a confirmation once your order has shipped.
Standard delivery usually takes around 7–10 business days after dispatch. Actual delivery times can vary by country, courier performance, customs clearance and local holidays.

As soon as your order ships, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. If you can’t find the email, please check your spam or promotions folder.

If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update the address. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address.

We offer a 28-day return and exchange window starting from the day you receive your order. Items must be in original condition, with all accessories, packaging and proof of purchase included.
To start a return, email us at service@voltaaudio.store with your order number and the reason for return.

For your first approved return, we offer a one-time store credit of 130% of the original purchase value as a thank-you for trying Volta Audio.
Any future returns receive store credit equal to the amount you originally paid for the product. Store credit can be used on future purchases at voltaaudio.store.
If the return is due to a change of mind or an issue on the customer side (for example, ordering the wrong item), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
If the return is due to our error (for example, a defective product or incorrect item sent), Volta Audio will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
Please contact us immediately at service@voltaaudio.store with your order number and clear photos or video of the issue. We’ll help you with a replacement or another appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
Our headphones use a sealed chamber of ferrofluid (magnetic liquid) inside each earcup. Internal electromagnets react to the audio signal and shape the liquid in real time, while LEDs highlight the motion — turning sound into a live visual performance.
The fluid is safely enclosed and does not come into contact with your skin.
No. The headphones are designed for normal, everyday indoor use and are not waterproof or submersible.
Avoid exposing them to heavy rain, showers, submersion, or environments with very high humidity. Do not use them in the shower, pool, or while swimming.
Although the headphones contain additional components for the fluid and lighting system, the headband and ear cushions are designed to distribute weight evenly. Soft over-ear cushions and an adjustable headband help keep them comfortable for extended sessions.
The headphones connect via Bluetooth and 3.5 mm AUX, making them compatible with most phones, tablets, laptops, PCs, game consoles, audio interfaces and other devices that support these connections.
For the most stable, low-latency experience (for example, gaming or studio work), we recommend using the wired 3.5 mm connection when possible.
